Seventy-three percent of American workers have at least one thing stressing them out, according to Everest College’s 2012 Work Stress Survey, conducted by Harris Interactive.
The number one cause of stress? Being underpaid.

Additional sources of stress include: poor work-life balance (5 percent), lack of opportunity for advancement (5 percent), and the boss (4 percent).
