Innovation in Human Resources ManagementHow can organizations add innovation to an already complex and demanding job such as  human resources?

Not as a simple add-on, as business expert Paul Hobcraft writes on the blog Innovation Excellence. The “broad areas that HRM has to cover and master” leaves little room for simply tacking on innovation.

However, Hobcraft writes, with a core strategy that includes fostering new ideas for progress, each person can “gain valuable experience that enhances the desired capabilities for the future.” Human Resources management can have a pivotal role in the growth and development of innovation.
