Looking for help in Human Resources? There’s an app for that!

Workplace Weekly Newsletter Publication, the leading online workplace/HR News publication is pioneering the first workplace vendor directory application for Human Resources professionals.

The directory will be available for iPhone and Android devices and digital reading platforms such as Amazon Kindle, iBookstore and Nook.

This new mobile app will provide quick access to any service or product within the HR industry, from the touch of the screen or mouse click.

This directory will be the source of all products and services that serve the human resources department across all industries.

With one easy download, HR professionals will get instant access to business information within the  search results, all with the comfort and convenience of an iPad, iPhone, Android device, computer, tablets and digital readers. The list will also be available in print.

The cloud is redefining Human Resources methods, with Software-as-a-Service and other online properties; app technology is also changing the HR landscape. Through web-based platforms, businesses now have a wider range for delivering products and services; through app technology, business intelligence and metrics gets to the end user in an individual, personal way.

“We are excited to pioneer this effort,” says HR consultant Gloria Towolawi, “considering the vast majority of people that uses mobile device for day to day communication all across the country and abroad.”

“App technology is here to stay,” Towolawi adds, “and it is about time providers within the industry come together and embrace this new initiative, which makes their services and products more personal, ensures ease of access and a stress free search.”

Information is critical to the success of any product or service, making the appropriate human resources decisions rests on access the most accurate information.  The Workplace Weekly Newsletter Publication app provides timely, accurate information to the right audience.

“Information is the key to the success of any product or service,” Towolawi says. “Through this app directory, the right information will get to the right audience in a quick and appropriate manner.

“This app will be a valuable asset,” she adds, “that will help them find the right type of information – from the touch screen of a mobile device or a click of the mouse.”

Still at the prelaunch stage, service providers have a chance to list products and services to the Workplace Weekly vendor directory, by contacting WorkplaceWeekly.com.

The app is being finalized, and vendors asked to submit information for inclusion in the app by September 28, 2012.
