Human Resources to Financial PerformanceTapping the power of human resources are key to increased growth and revenues, according to Business Finance Magazine.

Joanne Sammer writes about the link between economic performance and human resources capabilities. This data comes from a new survey of 4,200 HR and non-HR managers commissioned by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

The most striking areas between high performing companies and those less capable were leadership development, talent management and performance management.
