Every new year comes with renewed efforts to change–get a new or better job, quit smoking or lose those last few pounds.

Why wait for the New Year? Just because the holidays are here, doesn’t mean the good jobs are waiting for January 1.

Many companies actively seek to fill positions before the end of the year, for tax breaks and other benefits. That means there is no reason to let up on your job search, simply because the holidays are fast approaching.
