Small Buisness Digest: Buisness Voices Now Online!

Small Business Digest

Guest Voices

Business enterprise gets a new, informative voice with the launch of the online version of Small Business Digest.

For October 2012, Information Strategies Inc. introduces an electronic version of Small Business Digest, the print version being the place–for more than 10 years–leaders turned to get valuable insights on the business landscape.

The online platform gives business owners new directions for managing today’s challenges — identifying trends, discussing issues and providing solutions for the small- to medium-sized business (SMB) segment.

In the inaugural issue of Small Business Digest, Editorial Director Donald Mazzella talks about future trends and the effect on SMBs.

In “What We See Happening,” Mazzella writes:

Obviously, the presidential election is the most important event of this fall. Our surveys indicate small-business leaders are really concerned about the economy and who will ultimately be charged with leading the nation out of this current morass.

In their responses they also report great trepidation about the Affordable Care Act –“Obamacare” – and its impact on their decisions concerning healthcare benefits.

The yearly adventure of choosing what benefits to provide employees has been made more difficult by the various provisions of the act. (Much information about the act and its effect on small businesses can be found at www.HealthCare.gov.)
