Passive job seekers may be a thing of the past, with seven out of ten full-time workers searching for new opportunities. The ease of online access is making most employees open to changing jobs, with a slight advantage going to Millennials–people born after the mid-1980s.

A new infographic by CareerBuilder talks about “The New Job Hunt,” including generational differences and how job seekers (both active and passive) search for their next career move.
